Terms of Business
- A signed agreement with each project or consultation. Client must fill out a creative brief or questionnaire that will help us to perform a superior job of creative work.
- Copywriting fees are payable in full, in advance, unless otherwise contracted. Contracted fees are 50% deposit delivered with signed contract, and balance paid upon delivery of project to client.
- Copy analysis, conference, and consulting fees are payable in full, in advance.
- Client pays expenses incurred for assignments including telephone calls, postage, courier and freight, duplications. . .
- All revisions must be assigned within 30 days of receipt of copy and are free of charge to client unless the revision is based on a change in the assignment made after copy is submitted.
- Rewrites not considered as free revisions are billed at our current hourly rate.
